Apache is an Arabian Horse. He was donated by Rose Marie Evans of Santa Clarita, California in 1999. She had originally obtained Apache for her grandsons. When her grandsons grew up, Apache came to Heads Up.

Apache is approximately 17 years old, we don't have his exact birthdate. Apache is very good with the very young Heads Up riders.

Arabian horses have great stamina. Apache can out run everyone else and keep going. He loves to be ridden. Apache and Rusty are play buddies and go on turn outs together.

They love to play with the toys. The Heads Up horses have their own toy barrel where they keep all of their toys. The horses know how to empty it and get their toys out! But like most kids, they don't put their toys away.
