Therapy sessions can be held in person in the Windsor area or via phone/video call — whichever suits you best.
All conversations are strictly confidential, and no GP referral is needed.

Individual sessions – £100 per hour, or £350 for a block of 4 sessions
Couples sessions – £120 per hour, or £400 for a block of 4 sessions
