I’m Chris Gibson, a qualified therapist and performance coach based in Windsor, Berkshire. I specialise in helping people manage emotional and mental health challenges so they can move forward with strength and confidence.

I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to each session—drawing from my training in psychotherapeutic counselling, NLP, hypnotherapy, and stress management.
