I’m Chris Gibson, a qualified therapist and performance coach with over two decades of experience helping individuals recover from emotional abuse, manipulation, and toxic relationship patterns.

I specialise in working with adults who’ve experienced narcissistic abuse, including those recovering from toxic relationships with narcissistic partners, parents, friends or co-workers who exhibit controlling or emotionally harmful behaviours.
