Booking Your Appointment
We will book your sessions in the calendar during your initial consultation.
Your next appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
General Terms

A booking will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

Without full payment, the booked therapy session cannot take place and will be cancelled.

All payments are non-refundable.

Sessions must be used within three months of purchase.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments or frequent cancellations that extend beyond the three-month period may result in the remaining sessions being cancelled without refund.
